Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Daily order cut-off
All inventory orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday to Friday are processed and packed same-day.
Dispatch times
Standard stock items, including our flagship stretch wraps and strapping consumables, dispatch from our fulfillment hub within 24 to 48 hours.
Custom & tailored orders
Custom-manufactured products or specialized printing runs carry an estimated production lead time of 10 to 14 business days.

Cargo delivery & transit rules
Bulk pallet consignments
Heavy pallet shipments are delivered using tail-lift freight vehicles.
Receiving requirements
The buyer must ensure the designated delivery location features flat, clear ground suitable for pallet jack operation.
Unloading responsibilities
In alignment with industrial trade standards, warehouse personnel or receiving dock staff are responsible for physically offloading or receiving bulk freight from the delivery vehicle.

Formal pallet return exchange policy
Accepted formats
We exclusively accept official CHEP or LOSCAM branded industrial pallets for matching exchanges.
Return window
All standard shipping pallets must be safely returned to our depot in a clean, reusable condition within 30 days of your delivery date.
Non-return penalty
Any dispatch pallet not returned or exchanged within the 30-day window automatically incurs a strict $30.00 AUD administration and replacement fee per pallet.

Manufacturing quantity variance (custom orders)
Production tolerances
For all custom-engineered or custom-printed packaging runs, clients must allow for a manufacturing volume variance of -/+ 10%.
Billing adjustments
Final contract billing will be dynamically adjusted pro-rata based on the exact final roll, sheet or unit quantity produced and shipped.

Currency & quote validity
Quote lifecycle
All formal wholesale price quotations remain legally valid for exactly 7 days from the issue date.
Market adjustments
Given the international sourcing of specialized raw resins and thermal loggers, final transaction figures remain strictly subject to global currency fluctuations.
